Join us for the first stream of the year as the one and only Andrew “comic booker” Drilon joins the crew for another episode of collaborative drawing using the online platform, Magma Studio.
Andrew Drilon is an independent writer & artist based in New York. He’s done Xerox ashcans, webcomics, newspaper strips and anthologies. He won the Neil Gaiman Philippine Graphic/Fiction Award for his comic, Lines and Spaces. His first book, Kare-Kare Komiks, won the Manila Critics Circle National Book Award. He is currently working on a new graphic novel, which is a secret. Shhhhh. Keep your voice down. If they hear us they’ll send robots. Let me upgrade my blaster first. If we live through this, we’ll make a comic about it.
